India beat Sri Lanka by 317 runs at India vs Sri Lanka 3rd ODI to clean sweep the series by 3-0 in the Sri Lanka Tour of India ODI Series. Indian Top Order helped their team to score a massive score of 390 runs. First, it was Shubmann Gill scoring his first home century, his second in total. Then it was Virat Kohli who hammered the Sri Lankan Bowling with a big century helping India to amass 390 runs in the 50 overs.

This is Kohli’s 74th hundred in international cricket. He has made his century with 10 fours and 1 six. Virat now holds the record for most centuries at home with his 21st century at India.
Rohit and Shubman Gill have added 95 runs. India started their innings cautiously, as the Sri Lanka Bowlers bowled in a nice rhythm. From the 4th over onwards Rohit and Gill started their stroke play. It was Rohit who was aggressive and smashed 2 fours and 3 sixes before he was out for 43.

Chasing India’s huge total of 390, Sri Lanka started shakily. Sri Lanka opener Avishka Fernando was out for 1 in the second over, in the bowling of Mohammed Siraj. He was caught at slips by Shubman Gill, in the Second over. The first wicket fell, with 7 runs on the board.
Kushal Mendis was edged to the wicketkeeper of the bowling of Mohammed Siraj. Charith Asalanka was out for 1 of the bowling of Mohammad Shami caught at Point.
Nuwanidu Fernando has played a few good shots but was out of the bowling of Mohammed Siraj. Got an inside edge, and was bowled for 19 runs. The magic of Mohammed Siraj continued as he removed Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva with a lovely in swinger hitting the off and middle stump. Wanindu has made 1 run.
