The India Vs Newzealand 3rd  One Day International between India and Newzealand was called off due to the Rain. The toss was won by New Zealand, who asked India to bat first. Newzealand seamers exploited the conditions and dismissed India to a paltry 219. Adam Milne and Daryl Mitchell scalped three wickets each. Openers together put in 39 runs, as Shubman Gill was out for 13 runs. Another opener and Skipper Shikar Dhawan fell cheaply for 28 runs. It was Shreyas Iyer, who studied the innings a little bit. But on the other end Rishabh Pant, Surya Kumar Yadav, and Deepak Hooda fell quickly without making any good contribution. 

Shreyas Iyer has out at 49 by a catch, bowled by Ferguson. At one time, it seemed India may not cross the 200-run mark. But because of Washington Sundar’s first ODI half-century, India has made 219. Washington Sundar has made 51 runs from 64 balls with 5 Fours and 1 Six.

For Newzealand Adam Milne, and Daryl Mitchell has taken three wickets each. But it was medium fast bowler Matt Henry, the most economical bowler for Newzealand, giving 29 runs in his 10 overs. India was all out in 47.3 over for a paltry score of 219. 

Seeing the possible rain chance, the Newzealand openers have made their runs in quick time. In contrast to India’s innings, Newzealand openers have added 97 runs in their partnership. Finn Allet was fallen for 57. He made 57 in 54 balls with 8 fours, and 1 six.  He was caught at covers by Surya Kumar Yadav in the bowling of Umran Malik. Newzealand Skipper has joined with Devon Conway who was at 38 runs.

At this time the rain started and was continuously pouring. The India Vs Newzealnd 3rd One Day International Match match was ultimately called off by the umpires. At the time of the match interruption by Rain, Newzealand was 50 runs ahead on the DLS basis. But as the match was stopped at the end of 18 overs DLS method can not be applied. The third T20 International was a Tie match. As India, is chasing the Newzealand score rain interrupted the match. The match was declared as Tie based on DLS Method.
