India Won the Test Seris by 2-0, as they won the 2nd Test on the 4th day of the match at Mirpur, Bangladesh. Bangladesh pushed India hard for this victory. Bangladesh won the toss and selected batting. With the disciplined bowling from Indian Bowlers, none of the Bangladesh Batasman have settled down for big scores. Mominul Haque was the only Bangladesh Batsman who stand tall and made 84 runs before he was out of the bowling of Ashwin caught by Rishabh Pant. Bangladesh was all out for 227 in 73. 5 Overs. Umesh Yadav and Ashwin have taken four wickets each.

In reply, the Indian top order fell quickly as openers, in form player Pujara, Kohli out for cheap scores. The India Innings was steadied by Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer as both added together 159 runs in just 182 balls. But both fell quickly, Pant missed his century out at 93 runs. After this partnership, Indian wickets fell quickly and Bangladesh wrap up India’s First Innings at 314. India has got a crucial first-innings lead of  87 runs.

Bangladesh started their innings shakily as their opener Shanto was out for 5 runs. The other opener Zakir Hasan stabilized the innings with Litton Das and ultimately Bangladesh was all out for 231 in 70.2 overs. Litton Das was the top scorer in the 2nd Innings with 73 runs. For India, the bowlers have done a splendid job and it’s a collective effort by all the Indian Bowlers, to bowl out Bangladesh for a small lead of 144 runs.

The Indian chase for a paltry 144 runs was a disaster. The top order was back to the pavilion for 37 runs. Indian openers, Pujara, and Kohli were out for the single-digit score.

It was Mehidy Hassan Miraz with his 5-63, toppled the Indian Top Order with his brilliant bowling.  But, the half-century stand between the fighting Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas Iyer has led the Indian team 2-0 up in the Second and Final Test Match of the India vs Bangladesh Cricket Tour 2022. The 71-run partnership between these two players has ensured the unbeaten record of Inda in the Tests against Bangladesh. Both these batsmen showed grit, and determination and maintained their cool composure, and gave India a 2-0 lead.
